    3. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Conditions for Refund Amount:
    • If the wrong product was sent or if there was a mistake on our side, we will issue a full refund.
    • In cases where an order was placed by accident or if you do not like the product, you may not receive a full refund. Refunds will be assessed based on the condition of the returned item.
